I’ve been renting with G & G is the last 5 months. Everything has been easy and smooth. Anytime I have an issue it is always resolved super fast. I would definitely rent from them again.

***RENTERS BEWARE***DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! If you are a renter RUN!!! They only protect their landlords and that’s all they care about. ***EDITED TO ADDThey have returned our money for the door AFTER I sent the same exact pictures I sent the first time saying I could have avoided this if I included it on a form. However I find it funny that the landlord had ZERO idea that this damage wasn’t already there. This real estate group would like me to remove these bad reviews via their email claiming it needed “further communication”. I don’t think they expected me to wanna get my money back. They also have yet to provide solid RECEIPTS from a company that did the cleaning. Only an invoice off the internet. I highly suggest you be weary on using this rental company. We rented for a year when we first moved here.It started off by the realtor who had to virtually show us the house. She caught an attitude when I was texting her because we arranged a time and she was very late and I was texting her to figure out when she would be showing us the house.Secondly in the winter time we were without hot water for over a week. I have three small children in the home. When I called I was told by the lady “she had to deal with this at times as well”Lastly we were without our AC unit for well over a month- nearly two. We had FOUR different companies come out by the request of the owner which the rental company allowed. One just showing up! No appointment confirmed on our behalf.Took 85% of our deposit back from damages done to the house prior to us moving in. We have photo proof otherwise.This rental company is DEFINITELY not on the half of the renter and only there to protect the landlord.There was so much left over items from the previous owner, bags left on the sinks draining systems, bags left over the fire alarms for us to move into a full trash can outside, dead bugs everywhere but WE were charged a fee for cleaning?? It’s also funny the entire time we rented any time we had someone come work on things EVERY single person in here said the real estate group said our landlord was “cheap” and “unwilling” to pay for things. ??? Run the other way from this rental group if you are a renter!!!!

Pretty irritated with this group. I’ve always paid my rent on time without hassle. Even when we went a full week without hot water with my wife and 3 children begging for them to send someone out to fix the issue only to be told it happens all the time. I also paid on time when we went over a month in the dead of summer with no AC while watching them bring in contractor after contractor never fixing the problem and telling us about the appointments they scheduled. We finally moved out and they are trying to keep majority of my deposit saying I damaged a door that my wife has photo evidence it was damaged before we even moved in. If you are looking to rent in Colorado stay far from away from this group they will look for every way to take your money and getting ahold of an employee with a brain is just about impossible. We plan on going to court to get our deposit money back but it’s ridiculous when we were great tenants.
